My Design Process

My instructional design philosophy focuses on collaboration and learner-centered approaches. I work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners to understand their needs. I use the ADDIE model for needs analysis and training plan development. I create engaging, relevant materials that align with adult learning principles and actively seek feedback to ensure they meet learning objectives and stakeholder expectations. I take great pleasure in seizing opportunities for self-improvement. Whether exploring a new tutorial, consulting with a colleague for advice, or immersing myself in the latest book, I am always eager to refine my skills. 

My Experience

I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Microsoft Office, Camtasia, and Vyond. With experience as a leader and an educator, I excel at meeting learners where they are and guiding them to success through in-person and virtual modules.  My proven track record in securing promotions and leadership roles highlights my strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to foster collaboration. I am confident my experience will bring innovative solutions and drive success to your organization. 

My Interests

When I have a free minute, I love to go camping. My favorite spot is in Colorado! I also enjoy reading, hosting dinners for family and friends, and playing games or watching movies at home. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how I can contribute to your organization!
